Do US specs have proper 110v or just a step down fix?

I have a little question that's been bugging me
Are US spec Hanse Yachts actually wired from the ground up as proper 110v systems, or are we just looking at the European 220v setup that's been stepped down with a transformer?
There sure have been plenty of shore power workarounds, but I'm curious what Hanse does straight from the factory or if it's more of a retrofit approach.

For a big manufacturer like Hanse that has a huge presence in the US market, it would be a major liability to just use a transformer.
They absolutely have a separate build package for North American boats. The entire system (from the shore power inlet, to the wiring gauge, to the breakers, and the outlets) is designed and installed to be a native 110V/60Hz system to meet US electrical standards
